OR TRANSLATE THE PROGRAM OR DOCUMENTATION. USER

MAY NOT DISASSEMBLE THE PROGRAM OR ALLOW IT TO BE

DISASSEMBLED INTO ITS CONTITUENT SOURCE CODE.

BUYER'S USE OF THE SOFTWARE INDICATES HIS/HER

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF BUYER

SERVICE AND BANDWIDTH AVAILABILITY AND SPEED.:

PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE WILL VARY DEPENDING UPON THE NUMBER, TYPE AND CONFIGURATION OF DEVICES USING THE SERVICE,
AMONG OTHER FACTORS. THE SPEED OF THE SERVICE WILL VARY BASED ON NETWORK OR INTERNET CONGESTION, YOUR COMPUTER CONFIGURATION,
THE CONDITION OF YOUR TELEPHONE LINE AND THE WIRING INSIDE YOUR LOCATION, AMONG OTHER FACTORS.

BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE

FREE FROM DEFECTS AND MAY NOT SATISFY ALL OF BUYER'S

We collect and store information about your name, location, call sign, subscription level and email. We also store geographical position according to your IP address. We store all your private messages, forum postings, chat messages on the radio, QSO times, QSO data, transmission logs as well as your QSL cards.

How we use information we collect

We use your info internally for system administration. The public info we give out via search is name, callsign, location and subscription level. We never reveal your email to the public.

We do not store any credit card data or any other financial data as that is done by PayPal and goes under their policies.
